Miri Pizann, the founder of Safely Sated Gluten Free Consulting, has been passionate about being gluten free since 2013. When she found out she would be gluten free for the rest of her life, she decided that she would not sacrifice the quality of her life–or the quality of her food. Over the years she has found ways to make sure that everyone eats at her table, no matter what their food restrictions are. And the best part is, mainstream eaters can’t tell which foods have gluten in them and which ones don’t. (Hint: None of them have gluten! She only makes what is safe for her to eat.)

In her spare time, when she is not thinking about gluten, she is baking delectable morsels for herself and her community, watching movies (her other passion), telling stories, and spending time with the love of her life and their senior Chihuahua.
